We create accessible performances wherever possible and work hard to ensure our venues are as accessible as they can be.

We offer discounts for disabled people, and we can provide a free Personal Assistant ticket if you require one.

You can make an access enquiry, set up an account, or amend your preferences by emailing us at access@factoryinternational.org.

If your access requirements change, you can also update your preferences by logging into your account and selecting additional requirements.

If you’re interested in hearing updates about our accessible performances or booking access tickets, you can join our Access Mailing List by registering or logging in to ‘My Account’ and selecting your access requirements under ‘other preferences’.

Factory International is dedicated to world premieres and special events, some of which are staged in unusual venues and spaces, many of our projects are still in the planning stages when they are announced. That means we can’t always provide detailed access information straight away, but as our plans develop we’ll post more information about access to venues and accessible performances on the relevant event’s page.
